Biography:

Kazimierz Sabbat (1913-1989), studied law at the University of Warsaw. He was a scout for many years, both in Poland and in exile in Great Britain. He was Prime Minister of the Polish Government in Exile from 1976 to 1986. On 8 April 1986, he assumed the office of President of the Republic of Poland in Exile, a role he held for three years.
