Biography:

Polish engineer. He was a native of Kalisz. He studied at the Technological Institute in St Petersburg. He earned his engineering degree there. In the years 1923-1925, Minister of Railways in Władysław Grabski's second government. In the years 1941-1945, he was an advisor on transport to the Polish Government in Exile. After the Second World War, he remained in exile in London.
