The Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kretinga was built between 1609 and 1617 and underwent reconstructions in 1908 and 1941: Jan Karol Chodkiewicz and his wife Sophia. The wooden doors are carved with the heads of Jan and Zofia Chodkiewcz and their children.
