Leon Klott (1868-1933), born in the village of Mikolajow in the district of Dzialynsk, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Warsaw, practised in hospitals in Warsaw, land physician in Porzecz, member of the Frontier Guard Corps - served in Hopsal, Batum, called up for frontline service during the First World War, doctor of the Second Polish Corps in Ukraine, doctor of the Ukrainian Border Guard, commandant of the military hospital in Lida, chief doctor of the garrison in Vilnius, chief doctor of the Union of Health Insurance Funds in Vilnius.
