Biography:

Leonidas Kliszewicz (1919-2009) Scouting and emigration activist, educator. He studied at the Lviv University. After the end of World War II, he settled in Great Britain, where he was actively involved in scouting activities. In 1962, he completed his studies at the Polish University Abroad, defending his master's thesis on scouting. He then obtained his doctorate, presenting a thesis entitled. "Base in Stockholm. An outpost of the country's military communications with headquarters in London'. From 1989 to 1990 he served as Minister of Education and Culture in the government of Edward Szczepanik.
