Biography:

Maciej Radziwiłł (1749-1800), Polish composer and politician, freemason. Member of the Assembly of Friends of the Government Constitution. During the Polish-Russian War in 1972, he made all his castles and arsenals and the militia he paid for available to Lithuanian troops. Author of the libretto to the opera-vodéville Agatka, czyli przyjazd pana (music by Jan Dawid Holland). He created in the galant style. His compositions include the Polonaise in C major for harpsichord, Serenade in B flat major and Divertimento in D major .
