Tombstone of A. Bialowas

Ihrowica | Ukraine

Burial place marked by a statue of St Francis on its own base, a two-tier plinth and a two-tier base. St Francis depicted with tonsure on head, wearing monastic habit with caparison, habit tied with cord. He holds a lily flower in his right hand and supports a child with his left. The second step of the base and the first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal surmounted by a simplified beam, on the front an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
