Tombstone of Adam Jankowski

Burial site marked by a gravestone with a stele in a concrete mantle. Stele with chamfered edges and chamfered upper corners. Engraved cross on the front, below a panel with segmental arch carved corners with bas-relief inscription. On the tombstone pedestals originally connected by a cast iron bar.
