On pedestal stepped, slightly sloping, slightly gabled slab with plastic cross, on pedestal originally a flat bar fence (cola, flowers, lilies?). Inscription on the slab, at the bottom below the cross.

The concession of the grave for Adela Maria Radziwill, buried on 9 June 1886 and transferred from the church of St Augustine in Paris, was purchased by Dominik, Duke of Radziwill. The Radziwill couple still had children: Hieronim Mikołaj Melchior Radziwiłł (1885-1945), Dolores Konstancja Joanna Maria Radziwiłł (1886-1966) and Izabela Róża Maria Antonina Radziwiłł (1888-1968).
