Evangelical cemetery in Koniaków (now Český Těšín-Koniaków)

Burial site marked by a cross on a stele and two-stage plinth and base, in front of which a single horizontal slab with a slightly bulging surface, on a band. Cross with arms terminating in a straight, stepped transition to a vertical slab. At the junction of the arms a ceramic figure of the Crucified with tilulus above. In the finial of the stele an empty space left by an oval photograph. Below, a panel closed with an overhanging segmental arch. In it a plaque with an engraved inscription. Attached to the first step of the pedestal by a pair of metal screws is a rectangular plaque with inscriptions referring to persons who died after 1945.

Tu odpoczywa / ALINA / POLOK / † 5/1927 w [..] roku / życia swego / Po ziemskim znoju / kochana [matko] / odpoczywaj w pokoju //.
