Burial ground originally marked by a cast-iron cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross perpetuated in the lower part, above the shrine supported by an angel. In the upper part of the shrine on either side of the base of the cross putti. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of pedestal cuboidal, fluted rectangular frame on four sides with quarter chamfered corners. The plinth covered by a wider panel on four sides surmounted by triangular gables framed by acroterions.

By the gravestone a loose cast-iron medallion surrounded by a frame with pearlwork. On it an inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
