Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal covered with a hipped roof with moulded lower edges. On the front an engraved inscription (2). The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of four cylindrical pedestals connected by a cast iron bar.

Inscription:

1. Boże zbaw duszę Jego. //.
2. S. P. / Aleksander / REPKE / były Obywatel Ziemski / przeżywszy lat 61. / zmarł 1 Lutego 1910 r. //.
