Miejsce pochówku oznaczone krzyżem, na podstawie i dwustopniowym cokole. Krzyż stoi na własnym cokoliku. Pierwszy stopień cokołu o ściętych górnych krawędziach. Drugi stopień cokołu o ściętych górnych krawędziach, a w nich osadzony cokolik pod krzyżem. Inskrypcja ryta, od frontu, w partii drugiego stopnia cokołu.
