On a high pedestal stepped on a concealed base a light-weight flat slab. Inscriptions: on the right side of the slab (1), on the slab on a metal plaque (2), on a white marble plaque standing on the slab (3), on a red granite plaque with a motif of a dove carrying an olive branch, standing on the slab (4).

The inscription is preceded by an engraved, partially rolled up French banner (coloured) and an engraved fragment of barbed wire (symbol of being in the camp), on the right side of the inscription an engraved coloured image of the Legion of Honour (officer).

The metal plaque with the inscription noted in June 2008, did not exist in June 2018.

André Migdal (Andrzej Migdal), born 21 June 1924 in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, son of Jozef Migdal (born 28 November 1890 in Ostrowa, Russia, now Poland) and Sophie-Berthe Pester (born 19 February 1894 in Varsberg, Germany, now France), emigrants to France (deported to the German concentration camp at Auschwitz on 13 February 1943 or in December 1942). Arrested as a 16-year-old boy in 1941, he was held in several camps, including Neuengamme and Bremen-Farge. He died on 19 February 2007 in Paris. His family lived in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. Member of the French Communist Party, writer and poet, social activist in associations of deportees and resistance fighters, including Officer of the Legion of Honour. Mother, Sophie Migdal née Pester, Resistance Medal in 1962 (JO of 10 July 1962).
