Tombstone of Andrzej Puchalski

Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on moulded plinth. Base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front, an engraved inscription (1). To the right, in the lower left corner, an engraved signature. The second step of the pedestal tapering towards the top, with profiled upper edges. On the front two panels, the upper one closed with a three-leaved arch with stylised leaves in the axils. In the lower panel a winged hourglass in relief. In the upper panel a plaque with chamfered corners, above a relief cross in a floral wreath. An engraved inscription on the plaque. The whole area was originally enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and a cast-iron, unpreserved costruction. The fence is shared with gravestone No. 067.

1. Dla najlepszego męża i Ojca / żona i syn te pamiątkę / poświęca / Wieczne odpocznienie Racz / mu dać Panie. //.
2. S. P. / ANDRZEJ / PUCHALSKI / D - r. Medycyny / i Kawaler Orderu / um. 28 Paźdz. / 1881 r. / w wieku lat 58. //.
