Tombstone of Dominika Puchalska

Burial place marked by cross on three-tier plinth and base. Cross on moulded plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front a panel with a frame with chamfered corners, in which a relief inscription (1). The second step of the plinth tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges. In front a panel with a frame with chamfered corners, in which a relief inscription (2). The whole area was originally enclosed by a fence consisting of a band and a cast-iron, unpreserved costruction. Fence shared with gravestone No. 068.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po card no 133, dated 1936. According to the file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "C, 2nd row, N5, from catacombs A, towards the road; common fence with n6 (Pychalski)". Next to the description of the gravestone a note: "fenced with iron rails".
