Evangelical cemetery in Upper Zhukov (now Český Těšín - Upper Zhukov)

The burial place marked by an aedicula constructed of pillars bearing a wider curvilinear finial, fronted by a semi-circular arch overhanging a ceramic medallion with a convex head of Christ wearing a crown of thorns in the centre, on a two-stage plinth. In front of the plinth a single slab with a slightly convex surface, on a base. Between the pillars a rectangular plaque, chiselled at the bottom, surmounted by an oval photograph with a portrait of a man, framed on either side by a pair of engraved palm branches filled with black paint. Below this an inscription in the same technique (1). Cd. of the inscription on the first step of the plinth (2). There, in the lower right corner, the signature of the stonemason's workshop.

1. Tu odpoczywa / ANDRZEJ ROZKA / ROLNIK / ur. 30/8. 1844 / um. 12/8. 1928 //.

2. Do widzenia z łaski Boga, / Niech ci będzie wieczność błoga. //.
