Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth. Cross not preserved. Plinth with chamfered top edges, tapering upwards. Engraved inscription on the front. A band in front of the gravestone. A trace of the attachment of the cross is visible.

Ś + P / Tu spoczywają zwłoki / Marcina Maculewicza / ur. 1822 r. zm. 2 września 1892 r. / i jego małżonki / ś. p. Anieli urodz. Kolnion / ur. 1846 r. zm. 23 kwietnia 1906 r. //.
