Burial place marked by a cast iron cross in a band in the form of a coffin lid. Tubular cross with arms ending in buttons. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a plaque in the form of a coat of arms with a painted palm branch and cross, below a painted inscription.

On the pedestal a new granite plaque was placed secondarily with the inscription: S. P. / ANIELA MAKOWSKA / UR. 1890 R. / DIED. 1915 R. / PEACE TO HER SOUL //.
