Burial site marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk, on a rock-shaped plinth and two-stage base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first and second steps of the base glazed. The second step of the base with chamfered corners and upper edges. On the pedestal front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners. In it an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
