Burial site marked by a cross on its own plinth, a two-stepped plinth and a three-stepped base. An engraved cross at the intersection of the arms. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges, inscription engraved on front, below and on the other sides, glazing. The second step surmounted by a simplified beam and covered by a hipped panel. On the front a panel enclosed by a full overhanging arch, within which is an engraved inscription, within the arch an engraved chalice with Host with rays, and above that two arches. The base is glazed.
