The lid of the grave shaft surrounded by a band. On it is a granite plaque with an image of the head of the Virgin Mary, on which is an inscription (1). A metal plaque with an inscription (2) was attached to a stone plaque standing on the lid of the burial shaft. Another metal plaque, also attached to the stone plaque, bears the inscription (3).
