Burial place marked by a statue of the Virgin Mary saint on a two-stage plinth. The statue is situated frontally. Head, left arm and right hand of saint not preserved. The right hand originally rested on the breast, in the left hand situated at breast level the saint holds a Scripture with a cross on the cover. He is dressed in a simple ruffled robe, covered with a mantle. The figure rests on its own base in the form of 2 steps. The first step of the pedestal with a moulded end, on the front an inscription in an engraved frame, with chamfered quarter circular corners. The second step of the pedestal finished with a simplified beam. On the sides, carved frames with quarter-circle chamfered corners. On the front, in a panel enclosed by a full arch, a relief figure of St. Anne with Mary. St Anne holds Mary in her arms, at breast height. Her right hand rests on her breast. She is dressed in a ruffled, simple gown, girded with a cord. St Anne is covered with a cloak. Her long hair is covered by a hem. Mary is dressed in a long robe and has long hair.

Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
