Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth and a two-stepped, glazed base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. Plinth with chamfered upper edges. In front a plaque with engraved inscription. A band in front of the gravestone. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of steel pipes connected to 7 cuboidal posts, decorated on each side with panels. In front on the axis there is an entrance. The monument in a common plot with a tombstone of Stanisław Klein.
