Burial place marked by a statue of St Anthony with the Child Jesus on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. Statue on its own base. The saint is depicted wearing a habit tied at the waist with a cord, in a slight contrapposto, holding the infant in his right hand while supporting him with his left hand. The base is glazed, the first step with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges, a relief panel to the front. The second step high, enclosed by a simplified beam. Engraved inscription to the front.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
