Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth and post. Cross not preserved. Base with profiled upper edges. Plinth tall, tapering upwards, with moulded upper edges. On the front (1) and on the left (2) an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

1) S. P. / ANTONI SUSZYŃSKI / Urodził się 1806 r. / Umarł 1874 r. / Przeszedł życie / dobrze czyniąc / stroskana żona ten / pomnik postawiła //.

2) I żona / Ś. P. ANTONINA SUSZYŃSKA / 13 maja 1885r. / Tu spoczeła //.
