Tombstone of Antonina and Marcela Tyszkowski

Słobódka Koszyłowiecka | Ukraine

Burial site marked by a cast-iron cross on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. Cross with arms ending in palmettoes, filled with poppy flowers. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ and the inscription: INRI in gloria. In the lower part of the cross, a chapel on a pedestal with crossed flaming torches, framed by cannelled pilasters supporting a cornice on which are perched putti with a wreath (Hope) and with a host and chalice (Faith). In the shrine a kneeling little Hypnos with poppy flowers. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a profiled hipped roof. On the front an engraved inscription.
