The burial place marked by a tombstone on a base, at the head of which is an obelisk on a pedestal and base. On the obelisk an engraved cross, below an oval panel with a metal medallion with a relief carved cross framed by oak leaves, below an engraved inscription (1). The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front of the pedestal, an engraved inscription (2). The base with chamfered upper edges. On the front in the upper right corner a signature. The tombstone closed with a segmental arch.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
