The burial place marked by a cross on a plinth. Cross widening downwards, bordered by a frame with a groove, with arms ending in a trilliform. The arms of the cross at the intersection are framed by half-rails, and the shaft is framed by half-rails. At the intersection of the arms of the cross is the figure of Christ, above the titulus, below which is a skull with tibias below which is a symbol resembling a star on a sphere. The back of the cross bordered with a groove, on the ends of the arms and on the shaft engraved rosettes, at the intersection of the arms an engraved cross.

The plinth is topped with moulding. On the front of the pedestal, a panel enclosed by a double horseshoe arch with an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
