Burial site originally marked by cast iron cross on stele. Cross lost, fragment of lower arm and plinth preserved. Stele tapering upwards, closed with a segmental arch, framed at the back by a concrete mantle. Engraved inscription to the front.

Additional information:

According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone had a common fence with the gravestone of Kazimiera Terajewicz. Aleksander Śnieżko gives an incorrect transcription of the surname Traczewski.

State of preservation:

corrosion, mosses, lichens, cracks, cavities, non-maintained finial
