Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved, gravestone overturned. Base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered with wider, moulded panels. Engraved inscription to the front.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2005-2007 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem dr Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu buczackiego", pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017 roku. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem. Karty inwentaryzacyjne przechowywane są w Warszawie przez Archiwum Akt Nowych (zespół dokumentów Stowarzyszenia „Wspólnota Polska”) oraz Departament Dziedzictwa Kulturowego Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
