Burial site originally marked by a statue of St Francis on a three-stage plinth. The figure is lost, leaning against the gravestone, on its own base. The headless saint is depicted wearing a habit, tied at the waist with a cord. He holds a cross in his hands folded in a prayer gesture. The first and second steps of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the third front step of the pedestal, a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, decorated with incisions, in which an engraved inscription. On the side walls of the pedestal, carved rectangular frames, in the corners of which a stylised shell motif.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
