Burial site marked by a stele set into the wall. The stele tapers upwards and is closed with a semicircular arch. It features a panel in front with a bas-relief cross on a pedestal. Below this an engraved inscription.

In the inscription, lines 1, 3, 5, 6 written in handwriting. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter P, card number 181, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "D1, 2nd row N13, from the Czapski tomb to the chapel by the road on the left".
