Tombstone of Emil Jan Halarewicz

Uście | Ukraine
The burial place is marked by a decorative stele, topped by an incomplete pediment, from the centre of which rises a base, probably for a large cross, now replaced by a small cross. The shaft of the stele is wider at the base, narrowing towards the top. It is closed at the top by a folded gash in the form of a canopy. On the sloping front wall there is a concave panel closed with a full arch. Above it is a laurel wreath with a ribbon, below it a console supported by an ear ornament. Under the arch of the panel a tondo with a relief face of Christ. The shaft set on a moulded moulding, below a base with chamfered upper edges. Inscription in the panel.
