The cemetery in Złoczów

A burial site marked by a gravestone, at the head of which stands a cross on its own plinth, pedestal and base.

The cross is stylised as a tree trunk entwined with a relief-carved ivy vine.

The plinth takes the form of a pile of rocks; on the front is a relief-carved anchor, upon which rests a relief-carved inscription plaque in the shape of an open book. Inside, there is an engraved inscription (1) and (2). In front of the plinth, there is a diagonal plaque with an engraved inscription (3). The whole is enclosed by a fence of bars with lily-shaped finials and topped with knobs. Between the bars is a curved decoration in the form of horizontal C-shaped mouldings with volute ends, within which are inset shorter bars topped with flowers.
