Burial site originally marked by a cross on the stele. Irregularly shaped stele, tapering upwards, with chamfered upper corners, reinforced at the back with a concrete mantle. Ground front with engraved inscription.

[S. P] / Emilia / z Polutów / PRZEZDZIECKA / zm. 16 Marca 1893 r. / żyła lat 72 / Wieczne odpocznienie racz jej dać Panie. //.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po, card no. 113, dated 1936. according to the file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "E, X row, N11 (parallel to N10), from catacombs C towards boundary E1, near road J". next to the description of the gravestone the annotation: 'with an iron cross, in an iron bar fence'.

State of preservation:

cracks, cavities, non-maintained finial
