Burial site marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk with an angel figure, on a two-stage plinth and base, in a band. Cross on its own base stylised on rock with relief carved flowers and leaves. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved floral wreath tied with a ribbon. At the base of the cross a relief palm branch. In front of the cross is the figure of an angel with a severed head. The angel kneels on his left knee with his hands folded in a prayer gesture. He is dressed in a long robe, with wide and long sleeves. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, with an engraved inscription to the front. The second step of the plinth in the form of a stylised Ionic capitol. To the front in the centre a rectangular plaque with a circular space for a photograph of the deceased, framed by relief carved lily buds. On the pedestal behind, relief carved poppy flowers tied with a bow.

The whole is framed by a cast-iron fence.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
