Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front (1) and on the left face of the pedestal, engraved inscriptions (2). The whole enclosed by a square concrete band and cast iron fence. The fence preceded by four steps and a cylindrical plinth with handrail. Fencing shared with gravestones 42, 43, 44, 46, 47.

1. Tu spoczywają zwłoki / zeszłego w Bogu / S. P. / Franciszka / Ilcewicza / Rad. Dw. i Kaw. / ur 1796. um. 16 Lutego / 1857 r. //.
2. Najlepszemu / Ojcu osierocone / dzieci tę - / pamiątkę / położyły. //.
