Tombstone marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is originally a statue of St Francis on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. The figure and the pedestal of the statue lie beside the gravestone. The statue with its head and arms shorn. St Francis wearing a habit girded with a cord, behind which is a rosary. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, inscription carved on front.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
