Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross not preserved, plinth overturned. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a wider, moulded panel. On the sides semicircular closed panels with figures of St. Francis and Virgin Mary in relief, identified by signatures. On the front an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywają / FRANCISZEK STOCKI / ŻYŁ LAT 33 1904 / MARIA STOCKA ŻYŁA 52 / + 1925. / FRANCISZKA DZIEDZIC / żyła lat [...] + 19[...] //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
