The burial site marked by a statue of St Charles on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base, preceded by the attached grave slabs.
Statue of the saint on his own base. The saint depicted in episcopal vestments, without beard, holding a cross with both hands. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges, with an engraved inscription to the front. The second step of the pedestal covered with a panel with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel ending in an arch with a convex carved figure of Saint Francis. The saint is depicted wearing a nun's robe, holding a book in her right hand and touching her breast with her left.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
