An earth tomb covered with a slab, at the head of which is a cross stylised as a tree trunk, on a two-stepped plinth in the form of a pile of stones, with an angel leaning against it. At the intersection of the arms of the cross is a relief carved floral wreath tied with a ribbon. The figure on its own base. The angel kneels, left side leaning against the plinth. On the left hand resting his head and right hand. Dressed in a long robe. Plaques on panel with inscriptions (1) and (2) engraved on front.

Inscription:

1. S+P / FRANCISZKA / KONCUR / przeżyła lat 66 / um. 1818 r. //.

2. FRANIA / najdr[....] / [-] / KONCUR / zgasła w 8mej wiośnie życia / w roku 1918. //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
