Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Cross on monumental plinth. The arms of the cross terminate in a gable. An analogous smaller cross is engraved at the intersection of the arms. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with a simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by a wider hipped roof. On the front a medallion with a relief head of the Virgin Mary, below an engraved inscription. The gravestone was originally enclosed by a banded fence consisting of posts connected by iron bars. One post and a fragment of a bar survives.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
