Burial site originally marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk and a figure on a two-stage plinth and base. Finial lost, lies nearby. Figure and cross on its own rock-formed base. An angel (?) leans against a medallion on which is an engraved inscription to the front (1).

Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. To the front, in the upper right-hand corner, an engraved signature. The second step of the pedestal covered with a wider profiled panel, on the front a panel with an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. + FRANZ / D[...] / [-] //.

2. Als scho[ner] ende / [N][...] / je[...] heht lieb / Frau / luf / [W/N]iedershn[...] //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
