Burial place marked by a slab at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on a moulded plinth. The arms of the cross terminating in a trillium with chamfered edges. At their intersection a relief image of the crucified Christ, above it a titulus. The first step of the pedestal finished in moulding, with an engraved inscription on the front. The second step of the pedestal with a simplified beam, covered with a gabled roof, with escutcheons to the front.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
