Tombstone of Helena Kulesza

Burial place originally marked by a cross on a plinth banded in the form of a coffin lid. Cross broken, lies on gravestone, originally on moulded plinth. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides and moulded upper edges. On the front a plaque with chamfered upper corners with an engraved inscription.
