Burial site marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk with a statue of a girl standing beside it on a two-stage plinth and base, in a concrete band. Cross and girl figure on their own base in the form of a pile of stones. On it to the front, on the right an engraved signature.

The girl is seated, her left hand embracing a cross entwined with relief ivy and her right hand holding a bouquet of flowers. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered with a profiled panel. On the front an engraved frame, within which is an engraved inscription.

Izabela Stanisława / RABOWNA / *8/5 1904 + 10/6 1907 / Z żalu nieukojeni / Rodzice / Najukochańszej córce //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
