The burial place marked by a statue on a plinth, a two-stepped pedestal and a two-stepped base with two horizontal panels added to the front. Immaculata depicted full-length, in a prayerful gesture, treading on a serpent encircling the globe with her bare feet, wearing a long undulating dress fastened at the waist with a belt, veil and cloak wrapped around her waist and draped over her left arm, her shoulder-length wavy hair. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges, an inscription engraved on the front (2). The second step ended with a beam and covered with a gabled panel with a panel repeating its shape, on the front an engraved inscription (1), on the sides analogous panels closed with a full arch with figures of saints in relief. On the left, Saint Matthias, portrayed in full figure, wearing a robe to the ground and a cloak over his left shoulder, shod feet, moustache, beard, shoulder-length hair, in his right hand an axe pointing downwards, his left hand resting on a walking stick. To the right, the figure of a saint depicted full-length, wearing a dress and cloak slung over her left shoulder, her hair falling to her shoulders, a large cross in her hands at breast level. Adjoining panels in the form of a sarcophagus with moulded edges, tapering downwards, with an engraved cross.
