Burial site marked by a cross on its own plinth, three-stage base and two-stage base. Second step of base in rock form. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of pedestal with moulded top edges, inscription engraved on front (2). The third step of the pedestal with a panel with a relief ending in a semicircle. In the panel, an engraved inscription (1). The plinth with chamfered upper corners, passing into a cross. The gravestone is surrounded by a common band with the gravestone no. 12.

Inscription:

1. Tu odpoczywa w Panu / JAKÓB / PILARSKI / umarł 21. grudnia 1909 / w 70 roku życia swego / I jego córka / MARJA PILARSKA / * 1.2.1878 ✝ 21.12.1913. //.

2. Wieczny odpoczynek / racz mu dać Panie. //.
