Tombstone of Jan Adamowicz

Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base, with a two-stage band. Cross on moulded plinth, not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards. On it, on the front, an engraved host with chalice on a stole and book, below an engraved inscription.
